CCAI 16th Anniversary Celebration
at The Studio @ Adams Hub

The Capital City Arts Initiative [CCAI] is delighted to present its 16^th Anniversary Fundraiser and art auction at The Studio @ Adams Hub. CCAI will host the celebration, Friday, November 2, 2018, 5-7pm, 177 W Proctor Street, Carson City. No tickets are needed to attend the party which will feature hors d’oeuvres catered by the Union and a wine/beer bar.

The event will feature a silent auction with work by over two-dozen artists from Carson City and the region that are available for purchase to support the Initiative’s programs. The auction includes prints, drawings, paintings, photographs, and sculptures.

Participants include many artists with whom CCAI has recently worked: Mahedi Anjuman, Cyndy Brenneman, Susan Church, Marti Cockell, Mark Combs, Gig Depio, Teal Francis, Fred Howland, Hannah Huntley, William Hutchison, Susan Kotler, Mike Malley, John Martin, Frances Melhop, Gene Rolfe, and more. CCAI is delighted to also include donated works from several area collectors in the auction.

Click HERE  to see art auction items; more images added daily. The Studio @ Adams Hub will be open in the afternoons, 1:30 – 5pm, October 31 – November 2 for preview and for early bids on auction items. Bidders must be present to purchase the art.

CCAI presents art exhibitions in three Carson City galleries, sponsors public art talks, and brings artists to high school and college classrooms to work with students for the past sixteen years.
