The following short Paul Ford bio sketch appeared in the Office of the State of Nevada newsletter Remiges:

"Paul Ford, Carson High School
Paul Ford has inspired and encouraged Carson High School students to express their creativity and talent for 26 years. As a mentor and teacher, Ford designed an innovative arts curriculum incorporating state-of-the-art studios and developed student exhibition spaces on and off campus. Other community organizations have benefited from his commitment, including the Capital City Arts Initiative, Reno Arts Commission, and the Carson City Main Street Mural Committee. A prominent artist in his own right, Ford has received a Nevada Arts Council Visual Arts Fellowship and has had his work exhibited in numerous shows including the Biennale Internazionale dell’Arte Contemporaranea in Florence, Italy and The De-Constructed West at the Millennium Arts Center in Washington, D.C."
